Navajo Beef And Chile Stew

3/4 pound lean beef stew meat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes Combine all ingredients, except cornmeal, in a 3 1/2-quart crockpot, mixing well. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. (Recipe Continues Below)
Turn control to HIGH. Stir in cornmeal. Cover and cook on high 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 - 5 WW points per serving (Recipe Continues Below)
