Too many people climb up the mountain only to turn around and climb up another one -- but not you! Today take in the view of where you are, and spend a little time reflecting on how you got here. The effort will mean more if you actively appreciate it. Reach out to hard-working friend who hasn't quite made it up all the way and lay some of your best cheerleading moves on them. Your encouragement might just give them the little boost they need to make it all the way to the top.
